FareStamp respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Contact info: name, email, and phone when you submit a quote or booking request.
- Trip details: destination, dates, group size, budget, and notes you share with us.
- Account info: email and authentication data if you create an account.
- Payment info: processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data: pages visited, deals viewed, referrer, IP address, and device type.
2. How we use it
- To price and confirm the trips you request.
- To communicate about your quote, booking, or account.
- To improve the site — which deals resonate, which pages need work.
- To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse of our forms.
3. Sharing
We share only what's needed to book your trip: supplier of record (resort, cruise line, airline), and our infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email, payments). We do not sell your personal information.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and lightweight analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser; some features may not work without them.
5. Data retention
We retain quote requests and booking records as long as needed to service your trip, comply with tax and legal obligations, and defend against claims. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email info@farestamp.com.
7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit, row-level database security, and strict access controls. No system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect what you share with us.
8. Children
FareStamp is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
