1. Who is responsible for your data

2. Information we collect

• Contact information: name, email, and phone number when you submit a quote request.
• Trip details: destination, dates, group size, budget range, and any notes you share with us.
• Booking information: traveller names and details required by suppliers to issue a reservation.
• Account information: email address and authentication data if you create a free account.
• Usage data: pages visited, referring site, IP address, browser and device type.

We do not collect payment information. This website does not process payments.

3. How we use it

• To price, confirm, and service the travel you request.
• To communicate with you about your quote or booking.
• To meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
• To prevent fraud, spam, and abuse of our forms.
• To understand site traffic and improve the site.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary to book and service your travel:

• Fora Travel, Inc. as the booking agency of record.
• The supplier of record for your trip: resort, hotel, airline, cruise line, or tour operator.
• Service providers who operate our infrastructure: website hosting, database, and email delivery.
• Where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for basic site function, and analytics cookies to understand traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work if you do.

6. Data retention

We keep quote requests and booking records for as long as needed to service your travel, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Quote requests that do not result in a booking are deleted after 24 months.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hello@farestamp.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California residents: under the CCPA/CPRA you have the rights above, plus the right to know the categories of personal information we collect, use, and disclose. As stated in Section 4, we do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, database-level access controls, and restricted administrative access. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.

9. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Where a child is a traveller on a booking, we collect only the details the supplier requires, provided by the booking adult.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
