Welcome to FareStamp. By accessing this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

FareStamp is an independent travel advisor. Travel arrangements are booked through Fora Travel, Inc., which accesses rates through wholesale consolidators, resorts, cruise lines, and airline programs. FareStamp is not the operator or supplier of the travel services you book. We act as an intermediary between you and the supplier of record.

3. How we are paid

FareStamp is compensated through commissions paid by travel suppliers on bookings we place. This does not increase the price you pay. Where a service fee applies, it will be disclosed to you in writing before you commit to a booking.

4. Quotes

Prices we quote are based on availability and supplier pricing at the time of the quote. Rates, availability, taxes, and fees are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid in full. We will confirm the final price with you in writing before any payment is made. Requesting a quote is free and creates no obligation.

5. Payment

This website does not collect payment. FareStamp does not collect, hold, or process client funds. Payment for travel is made directly to Fora Travel, Inc. or to the travel supplier of record, meaning the resort, hotel, airline, cruise line, or tour operator. Any deposit or payment schedule is set by that supplier and will be disclosed to you in writing before you pay anything.

6. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellation, change, and refund rules are set by the underlying travel supplier and vary by rate type. The terms applicable to your specific booking will be provided to you in writing before you pay. Once a booking is confirmed or ticketed, those supplier policies govern. Because FareStamp does not hold your funds, all refunds are issued by the supplier under its own policy. We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip.

7. Travel insurance

Travel insurance is optional but strongly recommended. We can present available options. Coverage, exclusions, and claims are the responsibility of the insurer, not FareStamp.

8. Travel documents and eligibility

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other documentation required by your destination and any transit countries. Requirements change and are ultimately determined by the relevant governments and carriers. FareStamp is not liable for denied boarding, denied entry, or any resulting loss caused by missing or invalid documentation.

9. Accuracy of information you provide

Names on bookings must exactly match government-issued travel documents. You are responsible for reviewing all confirmations promptly and notifying us of any error. Supplier-imposed name-change and correction fees are your responsibility.

10. Limitation of liability

FareStamp acts solely as a booking intermediary. We are not liable for injury, illness, loss, delay, cancellation, schedule change, overbooking, or damage arising from the acts, omissions, or default of any airline, hotel, resort, cruise line, ground operator, insurer, or other supplier, or from events outside our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the service fees, if any, you paid directly to FareStamp.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or fraudulent requests, spam our forms, attempt to breach or probe our systems, or scrape our content or pricing. We may refuse or terminate service to anyone abusing the site.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
