Welcome to FareStamp. By accessing our website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

FareStamp is an independent, licensed travel agency. We source rates from wholesale consolidators, resorts, cruise lines, and airline programs. We are not the operator of the travel services you book — we act as an intermediary between you and the supplier of record.

2. Quotes and bookings

Prices quoted are estimates based on live wholesale inventory at the time of request. Rates, availability, and taxes are subject to change until the booking is fully paid and confirmed. We will always confirm the final price with you in writing before charging you.

3. Deposits and payment

Some trips require a refundable $150 hold to lock inventory. Deposits are refundable up to the point of supplier confirmation, after which supplier cancellation policies apply. Final payment terms follow the supplier's own schedule and are disclosed before you commit.

4. Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellation, change, and refund rules are set by the underlying travel supplier (resort, cruise line, airline). Once ticketed or confirmed, refunds and changes are governed by their published policies. We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip.

5. Travel documents and eligibility

You are responsible for holding valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other documents required for your destination. FareStamp is not liable for denied boarding or entry caused by missing or invalid documents.

6. Liability

FareStamp acts solely as a booking intermediary. We are not liable for injury, loss, delay, cancellation, or damage caused by the acts, omissions, or default of any airline, hotel, cruise line, ground operator, or other supplier. Our maximum liability is limited to the service fees paid directly to FareStamp.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false requests, spam our forms, attempt to breach our systems, or scrape our inventory. We may block or refuse service to anyone abusing the platform.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
