Riviera Maya All-Inclusive Deals — Member Rates from FareStamp

The Riviera Maya — the 130-kilometer coast from Cancun airport south past Playa del Carmen to Tulum — is where the Mexican all-inclusive market got fancy. Larger resort footprints, thicker jungle, cenotes, ruins, and a heavier lean toward premium and adults-only brands than Cancun's Hotel Zone. It's also the region where our wholesale rate versus retail rate spread is widest, especially on premium properties.

Best time to visit the Riviera Maya

November, early December, and the last two weeks of January through mid-February are the money weeks — dry season, mid-80s, low humidity, no sargassum. April is beautiful but sargassum can arrive by late April; we track resort-by-resort seaweed reports and warn you in advance rather than let you find out at check-in. October and early November are the cheapest days on the calendar outside of true hurricane risk.

Typical member savings

Premium properties are where the spread really shows. A 5-night Grand Velas Riviera Maya suite that lists at $6,800 typically books through us at $4,900–$5,200. Iberostar, Bahia Principe, Barceló Maya, and Palladium family properties save $600–$1,200 for a week; adults-only Excellence Playa Mujeres, Secrets Maroma, and Live Aqua save $800–$1,500 on 5–7 night stays.

Family-friendly, adults-only, wellness-forward, party — we book all of it.

Flights & getting there

You fly into Cancun (CUN) for the entire Riviera Maya — same airport, then a private transfer down the 307. Playa del Carmen resorts are 45–60 minutes south, Tulum properties 90–120 minutes. Tulum International (TQO) opened for U.S. carriers and adds a second option for southern-coast stays; we quote both airports on Tulum trips and let you pick the cheaper flight.
